The Keithley 2000-SCAN model contains an automatic switch (multiplexer) module for 10 differential channels (channel scanner)

An optional channel scanner connects to the rear panel of the Keithley 2000 multimeter (such an extended version of the multimeter is called the Keithley 2000-SCAN).

With this multiplexer, you can efficiently perform measurements in multi-channel systems, greatly reducing the complexity associated with synchronization and automation of measurements. The scanner contains 10 analog differential channels, which can also be configured as 5 four-wire measurement channels.
